HOMEBUYER EDUCATION WORKSHOP RE-TAKES: If you wish to attend a homebuyer education class a consecutive time, you may do so for FREE as long as you are taking the class within one year of the last class you took. Bring your book. If you forget your book, you may purchase a new one at the door for $20. Payment for the book must be collected in the form of a money order. No cash or personal checks.

If it has been more than one year from having taken our workshop and wish to attend again, you may do so for a reduced fee of 50% off the Early Bird pricing only. Reduced fee does not apply to Late Registration or At the Door Pricing.
